No HTML/CSS skills required. For pre-existing sites, additional webmastering fees may apply for installation.
Webmastering:

SEO:

Web hosting is billed from the date of purchase onward, and recurs every 30 days thereafter (thus enforcing a minimum 1 month of hosting to complete). Hosting must be cancelled with 30 days notice. No refunds will be given under any circumstance.
